Transferring Tenants

If a tenant transfers to another property there are a number of things which we as a landlord expect:

1.  A clear rent account 

2.  No anti-social behaviour

3.  No outstanding charges for repairs

4.  The property being clean

5.  No unauthorised improvements

6.  Tidy gardens

7.  No outstanding court charges

As long as all of the above are ok the transfer will be approved.
