Rechargeable Repairs

There are certain circumstances where tenants will be charged for repair work carried out, including:

• Repairing damage caused wilfully, negligently or accidentally by the tenant, anyone living with the tenant or visitors to the tenant’s house.
• Undertaking work/repairs, which are the responsibility of the tenant e.g. changing light bulbs, additional keys or fobs.
• Undertaking work on tenants’ behalf as requested by them e.g. installing showers, light fittings.
