Performance

Each year Rosehill must submit information to the Scottish Housing Regulator, about how well it is performing against the Standards and Outcomes of the Scottish Housing Charter.  This return is commonly referred to as the ARC.

Following our submission to The Regulator, it produces a Landlord Report for Rosehill summarising some key performance information from the annual submission.  This is our latest Landlord Report from the Regulator.

In addition to the Regulator Landlord Report we need to also publish our own Annual Performance Report.

We report our performance to our Management Committee on a quarterly basis.
