Our Homes

Rosehill have been refurbishing, building and managing houses for rent in Greater Pollok since 1988. We own and manage over 1000 properties for rent in the Pollok area. We have a wide range of property types including one to four bedroom terraced and semi detached houses and flats, all in purpose built estates. The build dates of our properties start from 1938 through to our most recent newbuild project which was completed in 2019. The majority of our housing stock is classed as "general needs" however a number of our new builds have been built to "for varying needs" standards which do provide some flexability with tenants and applicants with disabilties.

Local Areas

As a community based Landlord our office is located in the heart of our stock, all of our homes are within walking distance of our office.  Our homes are located in the neighbourhoods of Craigbank, Househillwood, Priesthill and Nitshill within Greater Pollok.  We have a list of all of our developments in each of these neighbourhoods.
