Membership of Rosehill
Membership of Rosehill is open to Tenants, People who use our services and People who support our aims.
Our tenants are at the heart of everything we do and we are keen to involve them in how we deliver services and in the decisions we make. We expect our tenants to make up the majority of our membership, but we also encourage membership amongst people who: live in our community; make use of our services; have a connection with the area we work in; support what we do.
Applicants for membership must be aged 16 years or over. To apply for membership please download and complete our application form and, return with your £1.00 to our office at 250 Peat Road, Glasgow, G53 6SA. Paper copies of the application form are available at our office on request.
Applications for membership will be considered and decided by our Management Committee in accordance with the Membership Policy. You will be notified of the Committee’s decision as soon as possible. If your application is approved, you will receive a Share Certificate and your details (name, address and email) will be entered in the Register of Members.
Members are invited to attend Annual General Meetings (AGM) (and any Special General Meetings – SGM) and to elect members of the Management Committee. Members can also seek election to the Management Committee. Members will vote on any matters that require to be put to the Members as set out in our Rules.
