Rosehill is a registered social landlord and is a full member of EVH – supporting social employers (EVH) www.evh.org.uk
As members of EVH we are part of a collective bargaining agreement between EVH and Unite the Union in relation to staff salaries, grading arrangements and terms and conditions.
We pay the real living wage as a minimum which is set as the bottom point of the EVH salary scales. The bottom points of the salary scales are increased each year to reflect the increase to the real living wage.
Rosehill acts in accordance with the standards set out in the Joint Statement on Fair Work First between EVH and Unite the Union.
