Cyclical & Planned Maintenance
Cyclical Maintenance as its name implies is maintenance which is carried out on a cyclical basis to keep properties in good condition. Cyclical works will include:
- Gas Servicing - Annually
- Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Checked - Annually
- Servicing of Common Extractor Fans (tenements only) - Annually
- Servicing of Sprinklers - Annually
- Gutter Cleaning - 3-4 Yearly
- External Paintwork - 4-5 Yearly
- Internal Paintwork (tenement closes only) - 7 Yearly
- Electrical Installation Inspection - 5 Yearly
Planned Maintenance - relates to the replacement of major elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and central heating systems. We put money away each year to ensure that we will have enough funds available to carry out such replacement works when they are required.
