Applying for a House
We have recently introduced Passport to Housing as the first step to join our waiting list. It is tailored towards bringing an interactive approach to learning and is aimed at providing vital information to housing applicants.
Passport to Housing consists of five mini modules of five-minute videos, followed by a short quiz at the end of each module. The short videos provide information on the following topics:
- Accessing tenancies
- Rights and responsibilities
- Money and Affordable home
- Maintenance of the property
- Community and engagement
After you have watched each video and successfully completed and passed the quiz, you will be given a completion notification by email directing you to our online application form.

Please check your email's spam folder for your sign-up verification code if you do not receive it.
We operate an open waiting list, which is a points-based system to reflect the level of housing need of applicants.
If you are an existing tenant and you need to move house, e.g. your current house is too big or too small for your needs, and you want to stay within Rosehill, the same application can be used.
