We aim to provide our tenants, members and other customers with a good service; however, we appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong.  Details of how to complain about our service are available from the Complaints Section of our website.

Rosehill was originally set up in 1987 and was one of the original six pilot Fully Mutual Housing Co-operatives in Scotland.  In January 1988 we took over ownership of 375 properties from the then Glasgow District Council.

Over the years Rosehill has grown through new build, stock acquisitions and a transfer of engagements and now has over a 1000 homes for social rent.  We also provide factoring services to over 200 factored owners.

In November 2024 we became a charitable registered housing association (No SC053776) and are now called Rosehill Housing Association Limited.
